Hi all...

There is the distinct possibility that Paul and Andy will be heading into the studio later this year to make a full length DVD and CD. Think of a Black Lab AOL sessions, MTV Unplugged kind of thing. Ok, are you there? Good.

Now... would you be in if we opened it up to pre-orders? Delivery will be expected February 2008. This is going to be a killer DVD. It's going to be shot in High Definition and there's going to be interviews, a picture gallery, video clips and new songs that no one has ever heard before.

All pre-orders will come with some sort of cool bonus as a way of saying thanks for pre-ordering. Maybe you could tell me what kind of bonus you think would be the coolest?

So now that the cat is out of the bag.... talk to me. Tell me what would float your boat, mince your meat and mash your potatoes. I'm all ears.

okay, Kris, I've had time to think, and here's my real answer:

I think most of we hardcores would pre-order in a heartbeat. Obviously.

Regarding what kind of pre-order bonus, I guess it depends how big you want to go. I'd love a free tee shirt. But that's probably a bit more than you had in mind. Maybe an extra handful of mp3 of the month style songs, b-sides, etc.? Or some kind of back-in-the-day promo posters or maxis or such that Paul might have in a box somewhere?

I am SO in for this! Feb 2008 seems so far away now--but so COMPLETELY worth waiting for!

How about this for an easier type of bonus for pre-order-->Paul and Andy sign each pre-ordered DVD? It would make it a bit more special to those of us die-hard, true fans AND I can't imagine that it wouldn't cost THAT much extra to do.

Thoughts?

For everyone that would pre-order, I would give a double thumbs up and say 'eehhhh' like The Fonz. How's that for an awesome bonus!

I would probably preorder with the condition that the 8 disc b-sides album comes out soon...like late spring/early summer? :)

otherwise, I'm not sure what kind of bonus as I have a lot of black lab stuff...was there ever anything on vinyl? maybe a free, old vinyl record?
